This site is about a segment of the Lammers family residing in the US that was orginally from northern Germany. The idea for the page was prompted by a request from Bruce Lammers. The site is a small repository of Lammers pictures. Use the links at the left to see them.
- I'm Louis Edward Mauget jr. My mother was a Lammers.
- Her father was Diedrich Eberhard Lammers from the Essens, Germany area.
- Diedrich's older brother was Heinrich Lammers.
- There were sisters Emma and Bertha.
- Heinrich was Bruce Lammers' grandfather.
- Bruce phoned me, in the course of researching his family.
- We subsequently exchanged information of family pictures.
Bruce and his family live in New Ulm, MN. My segment of the Lammers family was based in Spokane, WA. I live in Durham, NC. I run another Web site about my father's family, the Maugets.
